I agree with u in terms of Bobby being better than Johny.. but I gotta disagree with you in terms of Bobby beating Daniel. Also in movie three Daniel took a break from fighting because miyagi was not willing to train Danial. So no wonder Mike had pulverized

Actually it was that other Karate style that Kwon is doing as well said by Cobra Kai.

Johnny said it himself in Cobra Kai that the only reason Daniel was able to ever win was because of special skills and by one point lol

Also, modern Okinawan Karate tournaments only have Kata competitions, meaning they don't have matches. Some schools in Goju Ryu and Uechi Ryu have sparring and Wado Ryu, Shito Ryu, and Shorin Ryu have less sparring. Also, Mr. Miyagi's father could have selectively taught him how to fight and would not have taught Sato since Sato had a bad temper and wasn't his son.

I would say that since Mr. Miyagi and Sato supposedly learned Goju Ryu meaning Hard/Soft School, Mr. Miyagi's father only taught one half of Goju Ryu's curriculum to Mr. Miyagi and Sato selectively to prevent them from being able to end each other if they were to have a duel.

Johnny has now beat mike in cobra kai, he didn't even seem like he was fighting him with much difficulty.

I never noticed it until just now watching but Daniel had only one move that worked against Barnes. Mike comes in for an attack and Danny rolls him, only in the tournament he holds on and strikes him when down. I have seen that movie 29 times and never noticed it until you said it.

It has to be Chozen, Johnny, Mike F’n Barnes, Daniel and then Bobby and then Dutch. Kreese kept claiming that Johnny was the best he ever saw, and he said that even after seeing Mike Barnes. Current day Chozen is the closest thing to Mr. Miyagi though. Johnny’s ability to adapt and adjust in every fight is what makes him such a special fighter in the movie and in the show. Even in the Karate Kid movie when got down 2-0, he adapted and tied the score and would have won had Kreese not demanded him to sweep the leg. After he fought Silver, he wanted a second go at him because he knew how to adapt. When Daniel paralyzed him with that thing Chozen taught him, he was still able to adapt and got the point, and his fight against Mike Barnes proved his ability to utilize what he learned from Daniel to become an even more effective fighter.

just watching kk3 for the first time after viewing your video, To me, mike was a bully. In his first scene, he was polite but serious & confident when talking business like he was setting silver up. He didn't hesitate at all when threatening or fighting daniel. If you pay attention, snake is even terrified of him at times. It wasn't hesitation before he kicked jessica, he saw snake on the ground then kicked her for it. Mike also seemed more in control of dennis & snake, grabbing the bonsai tree from snake & cutting it while making that threat about jessica when he didn't need to go there. Then he went absolute rampant at the tournament. It didn't look like he had second thoughts about anything.

Johnny would win, and that’s a fact. Barnes was nothing but hired gun, Johnny is a true alpha.

The tournament scene in Karate Kid was far fetched,I mean,Johnny is a black belt with years of training and experience, but loses to a kid whos been training for just a few months,so in the real world Johnny would have wiped the floor up with Daniel.
